Good To Know Before You Book
What do I need to have ready?
Just an outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet near where the car is parked (an extension cord from the garage works too). I bring all the equipment and products.
When are you available?
Weekdays from 2:30 PM, and weekends in the morning or afternoon. Pick a day when you book online and I’ll text you to confirm, usually the same day.
How long does a detail take?
Refresh and Restore packages usually take 1 to 2.5 hours. DeepClean+ packages usually take 2 to 4 hours. The exact time depends on the package, your vehicle’s size and its condition.
How is my price figured out?
Every package has a starting price for a sedan. SUVs and trucks are +$15, and large 7+ seat SUVs and minivans are +$30. You see your exact price before you book, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?
After the job, by Venmo, cash or check. There’s no deposit and nothing to pay when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as I can get to the car, the water spigot and an outlet, you can go about your day. I’ll text you when it’s done.
What if it rains or I need to reschedule?
Just text me at (910) 233-7869 and we’ll find a new time. If rain is in the forecast, I’ll reach out to move your appointment.
